Role Overview

We are seeking a Reltio Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to design, develop, and implement Reltio-based MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and high-performing data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Reltio MDM solutions, including data modeling, configuration, and integration.
  • Develop data quality, governance, and matching rules to optimize data management processes.
  • Integrate Reltio MDM with enterprise systems using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and data pipelines.
  • Assist in data migration, transformation, and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM configurations, performance, and data quality.
  • Provide guidance on Reltio best practices, scalability, and optimization strategies.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation for end-to-end implementations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Management and MDM implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM, including configuration, data modeling, and integration.
  • Proficiency in data governance, data quality, and entity resolution techniques.
  • Reltio certification
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience with data integration tools to extract and load data from various sources.
  • Ability to analyze complex data relationships and implement effective MDM solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Project Manager – Contract to Hire

Overview

Imidia, a leading provider of Data Management solutions, MDM implementations, End-to-End Architectural Development, and IT Infrastructure implementations, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This contract-to-hire role requires strong MDM (Master Data Management) experience and expertise in managing data and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing enterprise implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end data management projects, including MDM implementations, cloud migrations, and IT infrastructure rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams across development, architecture, and infrastructure, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and status updates.

Job Title: Sr. Master Data Management Analyst

Job Duties: iMiDiA LLC is a modern data management company, focused on business transformation through the use of data. We are seeking a Sr. Master Data Management Analyst to identify solutions and implement internal process improvements at iMiDiA.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

  • Identify solutions and implement internal process improvements at Imidia including knowledge management.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new products in the marketplace around data analysis, data profiling and data engineering ML/AI.
  • Develop and maintain data analysis and data science artifacts including case studies, blows and articles to be used to market Imidia capabilities around Data Analysis.
  • Elicit and document requirements and specifications from data end users and subject matter experts.
  • Design, develop and implement solutions to extract, profile, and analyze data for a variety of purposes.
  • Work with customer stakeholders including Account Executives, Architects, Scrum Masters and Technical and Business SME’s in order to confirm requirements.
  • Implement complex data analysis in large-scale Cloud ERP (Oracle, Workday, NetSuites, SAP) and CRM (Salesforce, Oracle CS) environments.
  • Analyze and implement customer journey initiatives in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Analyze full data sets of varying sizes for key metrics such as uniqueness, population and pattern analysis.
  • Profile datasets and cleanse data for analysis.
  • Use Machine Learning algorithms on master data combined with external data to produce high quality, actionable, insights and trends.
  • Define and manage the health of a client’s data by ensuring reliable and effective flow of quality data throughout the organization.
  • Meet baselined deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic, priorities.
  • Estimate work and assess key data issues and risks.
  • Mentor, manage, and monitor work quality and productivity of other Data Analysts and Data Scientists.
  • Facilitate good team dynamics and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to assigned and matrixed technical staff.
  • Foster reuse and creation of accelerators.

This position manages 2-3 persons on the Data Analyst team on client projects.

 

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field; plus at least one (1) years of experience in any related field.

 

Qualified candidates must also have demonstrable knowledge, experience, skill or proficiency with the following:

  • Reltio, SnapLogic and Python skills.
  • Working with Data Integration teams to ensure they understand data profiling results and affects to ETL Flows.
  • Solution Delivery, process integration, data integration and master data delivery in hospitality, retail, software development and life sciences industries.
  • Master Data (i.e. Customer & Product) attributes, format quality (i.e. Pattern Matching), noise values and their dependent variables.
  • Address validation processes for Master Data Management Implementation.
  • Utilizing NLP techniques for Master Data attributes in order to facilitate data standardization and deduplication.
  • Statistical techniques for deriving optimal match rules in various MDM domains.
  • Iterative and agile development practices.

Up to 30% travel required annually to various unanticipated domestic client sites. Work from home benefit.
